Pine & Poppy Event Rentals is always on the lookout for reliable, down-to-earth people to join our delivery and event setup crew. Specifically, during busy wedding season. We may not always have an official job opening posted, but if you’re interested in hands-on work and helping bring weddings and events to life, we would love to hear from you.
What to Expect
This is not a typical 9–5 job. Our schedule depends on event dates, locations, and weather, so hours can change week to week.

About The Role

Loading and unloading rental items like tables, chairs and décor

Delivering, setting up, and breaking down events across Inland Northwest

Helping with wedding installs and post-event pickups

Representing Pine & Poppy professionally at venues and private properties
What We are Looking For

Dependable and on time

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outdoors

Reliable transportation to our warehouse or job sites

A good attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
